As a Logistic Coordinator You will be responsible for:
- Planning international transports
- Being in close contact with the client to provide adequate service
- Selecting the efficient and cost effective transportation
- Keeping up to date with individual cases and ensuring all documentation is received on time
- Check orders, containers and shipments
- Arranging transport - air freight, ocean freight and road freight
- Establish rates and services with third party carriers
- Responsible for troubleshooting problems with delivery or damaged goods during the shipping process
- Responsible for groupage freight
- Providing detailed customs forms
- Prepare export declarations
- Inform your colleagues about the schedules and planning
- Keeping the logistic data base up to date
