As an Administrative HR Assistant you will work together with the HR Manager. The vacancy is for 32 hours per week and the work days are flexible. Your task will be:
- Process and administer all joiners/leavers, including updating the relevant systems and files accordingly
- Assist with the onboarding program to make sure all new hires are adequately introduced and informed of all company information, policies, procedures, and get to know the people they need to know within the company
- Provide input for payroll by updating all mutations, and ensure back up documentation is collected where required
- Answer employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, contracts, etc.
- Registration of leave- and sick leave
- Assist with the implementation of a digital filing system for the HR department
- Provide assistance to the HR Manager
