Are you (near) native German speaking and are you customer focused? Then we are looking for you! For a technical organization situated in Leiden we are looking for a German Customer Service Employee. The company has several stores throughout Europe and is still growing! Every month they open a new store! As a German Customer Service Employee you will work at the Headquarters in Leiden.
The following tasks belong to you as a German Customer Service Employee:

• Contact with customers by telephone and email
• Answer questions about the order status, stock and warranty
• Keeping track and notes in the system about the order process
• You also keep an eye on the order process by ‘Track & Trace’

• Experience as a customer service representative, sales assistant, sales support, klanten service medewerker, customer service specialist or experience in a similar function.
• Near native German speaker (verbal and written)
• Besides German you also master the Dutch or English language
• Customer focused, proactive, positive, friendly and communicative are qualities that you own
