As an HR Assistant you will work together with two other HR colleagues. The vacancy is for 24 hours per week and the work days are flexible, only Wednesday is not a working day.
- Ensure that the online HR information system and online files, as well as all hard copy files, are complete and fully up to date at all times
- Process and administer all joiners/leavers, including updating the relevant systems and files accordingly
- Assist with the onboarding program to make sure all new hires are adequately introduced and informed of all company information, policies, procedures, and guidelines and get to know the people they need to know within the company.
- Provide input for payroll by updating all mutations, and ensure back up documentation is collected where required
- Answer easy employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, contracts, etc.
- Prepare HR reports for internal and external use
- Provide general assistance to the HR Director
