For an international foundation you will work as an HR Assistant, within a team of 3. In total they have about 100 employees working in The Netherlands. It is important that besides English, you speak fluently Dutch and have knowledge of the Dutch legislation concerning employment. Your task will be to make sure that all files, contracts, onboarding processes and all changes for the salary payment are made in time. Your tasks as an HR Assistant:
- Making sure all letters and contracts are drafted in time
- Together with your colleagues you will prepare the onboarding process
- First point of contact for the managers and employees regarding information about personnel, sick- or regular leave, salary, etc.
- Making sure the database and internal calendar are up to date
- Keeping up to date with all the Dutch law changes regarding labor law and requirements
- Monthly processing of all changes regarding the salary payment
- Taking part in projects, for example choosing a new HR program to use, setting up trainings, optimalisation of HR processes, etc.
