Functieomschrijving

Do you have a couple of years of experience in HR administration and would you like to work in an international environment? Do you have knowledge of the Dutch labor law and are you fluent in both Dutch and English? Then this might be the job for you! We are looking for a senior HR administrator.

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Provides answers on HR related questions of employees
  • Running the HR administration
  • Maintaining HR files and databases
  • Arranges onboarding of and offboarding of employees (including screening process)
  • Responsible for recruitment
  • Payroll activities
  • Making reports in Excel
  • Processing incoming mail, e-mail and other communication
  • Point of contact for Arbo services, UWV, Shared Service Center
  • Establishes and maintains department records and reports

Role requirements and critical competencies: - At least 4 years of work experience in HR administration such as HR Administrator, HR Officer, HR employee, HR Support Employee, HR Coordinator etc. - Fulltime available - Knowledge of the Dutch labor law - Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) - Experience with the HR system Workday (critical!) - Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Excellent communication skills - Planning, prioritizing & organizing skills - Accurate and structured - Payroll experience (beneficial) Please attach your CV in English.
