Role requirements and critical competencies:
- At least 4 years of work experience in HR administration such as HR Administrator, HR Officer, HR employee, HR Support Employee, HR Coordinator etc.
- Fulltime available
- Knowledge of the Dutch labor law
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with the HR system Workday (critical!)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning, prioritizing & organizing skills
- Accurate and structured
- Payroll experience (beneficial)
