Are you (near) native German speaking and are you customer focused? Then we are looking for you! For a technical organization situated in Leiden we are looking for a German Customer Service Employee. The company has several stores throughout Europe and is still growing! Every month they open a new store! As a German Customer Service Employee you will work at the Headquarters in Leiden.
The following tasks belong to you as a German Customer Service Employee:
- Contact with customers by telephone and email
- Answer questions about the order status, stock and warranty
- Keeping track and notes in the system about the order process
- You also keep an eye on the order process by ‘Track & Trace’
Even though you will be working for a technical organization you don’t have to be technical.
