Do you want to work as a Sales Supporter in this international company in Leiden? The current team exists of seven coworkers. Together you will help customers, who submit their questions via the website. For example a request about an incoming order, or a question about access to the online product. To be able to answer all of those tickets, you will also maintain contact with colleagues from other departments. Your responsibilities as an Sales Supporter:
- Assisting members of the International Sales team (Sales Directors and Sales Account Managers)
- Preparing offers for clients
- Order processing, invoicing, customer access, helpdesk support to customers and data administration
- Daily handling of e-mail
- Responsible for administration of contracts
- Handling of all kinds of customer questions about for example orders
- Working with different departments, like Marketing, Finance and Publishing
